EDIA believes Artificial Intelligence is the core technology that will drive education. If you’re a back-end developer with 3+ years of experience and would like to contribute to education through AI and technology, we’d love to get in touch!

As a developer within EDIA, you will work on a suite of AI infused products, using state-of-the-art technologies. EDIA works with an Agile team, consisting of your fellow developers, a test engineer, and product owners.

Join our  AI specialists and front-enders, who will need your help in building the infrastructure for our AI products. Besides them, you’ll also frequently work with our DevOps team.

You will spend your day deploying new microservices to one of our Kubernetes clusters, designing new durable APIs that our customers can use and integrating AI models built by the AI team.

Apart from programming, there's plenty of room for sparring with your colleagues, devising solutions, exploring and choosing the right new technologies. Naturally, as a knowledge-hungry developer, you are open to sharing your (newly acquired) knowledge and insights with the entire team.


The greater part of our stack is JAVA and Python-based and besides that, you’ll get to work with technologies such as:

  • Spring

  • Hibernate

  • Kubernetes

  • gRPC

  • GitLab CI

  • MySQL

  • MongoDB

  • Docker


We consider some knowledge of AI as a big plus.

Depending on the level of expertise and experience you bring along, this position is indicated between €38k - €52k gross on annual base.
