EDIA and its affiliated companies Knowble and Cursio are growing considerably. We are seeking a talent-finding Recruiter who brings in awesome candidates for these young companies.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a successful track record and network, and knows how to find the right people. You will actively select and approach interesting candidates who match the job description, which is written by you.

One of your qualities is knowing how to enthuse and convince others. There is plenty of space for your own initiatives in this job. As our Recruiter you will work independently as well as working closely together with the Internal Resource Manager.


  • Determine (the content of) the recruitment process in consultation with the Internal Resource Manager
  • Develop a recruitment strategy based on the corporate objectives
  • Creative and innovative use of databases and social media in finding and approaching suitable candidates
  • Drafting of job descriptions
  • Screening and assessing resumes, answer incoming applications
  • Conducting job interviews
  • Maintain and expand your own portfolio
  • Continuous improvement of the recruitment processes 
  • You keep yourself updated on trends within your discipline
  • Building on a solid network of candidates
  • Administrative work 


We are looking for a driven and ambitious personality with a Higher Vocational Education Level (HBO) or University Degree (WO), preferably with an HR background. With a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Recruiter you are well known with the use of various recruitment channels (such as social media). You know how to reach the intended audience and have a proper knowledge of the ICT industry.

An excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing is a must, as well as being a great communicator with strong social and verbal skills. You are full-time available and live in, or nearby, Amsterdam. Last but not least, you have a good sense of humor.
